Job Role & Responsibilities Heat Treatment और NDT Techniques जैसे MPI, FPI, UT और Eddy Current को head एवं manage करना। Ferrous एवं Non-Ferrous materials की forging में strong knowledge, विशेष रूप से Aluminum में expertise। Customer Requirements, Audits और Special Process Approvals से संबंधित solutions को समझना और provide करना। CQI 9 में strong knowledge और hands-on experience। Metallurgical testing और equipment की in-depth soundness/understanding। Heat Treatment process parameter establishments में strong competency और proven records। ISO 17025, IATF 16949 तथा अन्य quality एवं safety standards में competency। 8D और metallurgical failure analysis का deep knowledge होना आवश्यक है।
